Billie Armstrong

Lead Stylist/Owner

Billie brings over 30 years experience to Salon 730.
She recieved her European based training in Toronto Canada. She spent three years as the East Coast Education Manger for Zotos International. During which time she traveled from VA through New York teaching advanced color and cutting to her peers. She recieved the award of "Education Excellence" and "Best  Educator" for the US  from Zotos in 1999
She is a certified Salon Executiver for Graham Webb International and assited with  advanced education at the Graham Webb Academy in Arlington VA. In 1997 she received the "Salon Executive" award for the US .
Billie holds numerous certifications for advanced education, including Certified Platform Artist for Graham Webb.

Charlene Lynch

Lead Stylist/Owner

Stephanie Oakes

Lead Artist/Eufora International Regional Educator

A consummate professional, Stephanie is passionate about her craft. Her signature style is short hair although she specializes in all phases of hair styling and creative color.

Stephanie became Elite Team Certified with Eufora in 2008. In her position as an educator with Eufora International she actively educates other stylists.

Stephanie's versatility in styling abilities and her continued growth through on going education has made Stephanie a hot commodity in the styling industry.

Teddi Walker

Lead Stylist

Teddi Walker, originally from Navasota, Texas trained at Central College in Saint Robert Missouri. In addition to advanced color and cutting training, Teddi also competed in the " 2009 Fantasy Hair Competition. She is skilled in all phases of hairstyling including "Urban Hair” special occasion, extensions and men's styling.
Interesting fact: Teddi also attended Methodist University, double majoring in vocal and music education

Terri Pfaff-Roch

Lead Stylist/Schwarzkopf Color Educator

           Terri brings 26 years of experience   to Salon 730. She has been an educator with Schwarzkopf Professional since 1994, and continues to educate hers peers on the “Art of Hair Color” at a National Level.   Let Terri create that perfect color for you.

Rachel Corey

Lead Stylist

Rachel Corey is an American Board certified colorist. She has advanced training from the Redken Color Exchange in New York under the direction of renowned colorist "Chris Baran". In addition Rachel's talents include special occasion hair and makeup.

Rita Girrard

Lead Stylist

Rita brings 30 years plus of experience to Salon 730.
Rita has worked with Redken as a Regional Performing Artist and Educator.
In additon she has recieved several awards through J.C. Penney Co. including
"Top Ten" National Stylist
"Leading Salon Stylist for Sales and Service" for five years in a row
and the recipient of the "Customer Service Award" for ten years in a row.

Khatera Ashraf

Lead Stylist

Khatera lives in Reston VA. She trained at the Paul Mitchel Academy in Tyson Corner. In additon, Khatera has 7 years experience as a professional make up artist. Apart from hair color, and make up, Khatera loves working with long hair. Want a sexy Victoria Secret blowout for a special occasion? Khatera is your girl!

Tielle McGuire

Lead Stylist

Tielle is an award winning stylist. She placed 1st in the "Best Makeover" competition with Aveda in 2008, while working at Circe Salon in Alexandria. As a an Aveda trained "Color Master" she has taught color classes to her peers. Tielle has also recieved advanced education with Eufora and Wella. Tielle is also exceptional in cutting, long hair dressing and makeup. 

Ashley Sue

Stylist/Nail Tech

Ashley loves fantasy color. (can you tell?)She offers a fresh look to hairdressing.  Ashley has won several "Fantasy Hair" contests.
Ashley is also certified with CND Shellac nails.

Cody "Coot" Brent

Stylist

Cody is one of our newest Team Members. He is extremely passionate about his craft.  Cody loves blowouts and working with long and curly hair. Creating trendy looks and color is also another of his passions.

Anne Stuart Payne

Massage Therapist/Esthetician

Anne has beed licensed in esthetics since 2006 and massage since 2007. She has worked with many product lines such as PCA, Dr. Hauska, Phytomer and currently SkinCeuticals. She is certified in Hot stone, reflexology, prenatal, and deep tissue massage. Anne is also certified with CND Shellac nails. Consultations are always free with Anne.

Sarah Zirkle

Apprentice

Sarah is working with us in the capacity of "Apprentice". She has been working in the salon industry for the past 7 years. We are pleased to announce that Sarah is on her way to becoming  a top stylist. She is naturally gifted and we are excited that she will soon be able to share her talents with everyone visiting Salon 730.

A graduate of The Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica, CA, Jodi trained for years with Carlton Hair International while living in Southern California. She has had the privilege of training under and working with some of the top Educators & Stylists with Sassoon during her 15 years of hairstyling in Cali.  Over the past 25 years she has made hair her passion and life! Jodi specializes in precision haircuts and beautiful hair color, she is very detail oriented and brings perfection to all of her work.
