Anne Stuart Payne recently joined our team as our massage therapist. The following is an e-mail I received from a guest that Anne took care of this past Saturday. Kudos’ Anne!
I have to tell you, massage yesterday was the BEST I have ever had, I went into the massage with hope she could offer me some sort of relief as my legs were causing me unbearable pain – muscle pain and spasms, I had registered for a 5k that was today and really doubted I would be able to run, I hadn’t been able to work out all week. She gave me a fantastic deep tissue massage, I went home, got in the hot tub as she suggested and then slept a solid 12 hours, woke up this morning, ran the 5k – had a personal best time! She told me I would feel terrific and I did. I booked another massage for 2 weeks and plan that she will be giving me a massage the Saturday before every race I run. Just wanted to let you know..
