Company Cancellation / Late Arrival Policy

At Salon 730 we value your time and take pride in maintaining an on time schedule for our guests. In order to ensure this we ask that you arrive on time. You may be asked to reschedule if you are late for your appointment.

In consideration of your technician and the time we have reserved especially for you, please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. There may be a 50% re-booking fee charge for missed appointments.

We do understand that sometimes events occur that our out of our control. We will do our best to work with you during such times.

Cellphones

In order for us to provide the best possible services and to stay on schedule we ask that guests refrain from cell phone use while services are being provided

Children

Due to liability concerns and limitations in space, we ask that your child accompany you to the salon for their hair appointment only.
